GE Healthcare, Gulf Capital Form Strategic Alliance (Zawya)

31 January 2010 DUBAI - GE Healthcare, the healthcare business subsidiary of General Electric Company, has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Gulf Capital, one of the largest private equity firms in the Gulf, to develop a regional chain of medical diagnostic and healthcare service centers.
