Ministry on the right track (The New Straits Times)

IT is indeed heartening to note that the Health Ministry, under the leadership of Tan Sri Dr Ismail Merican, has vouched to provide the best healthcare to the public despite the lack of trained manpower, especially doctors and specialists, throughout the country ("Ministry doing its best for doctors" -- NST, Aug 26).
