A Victorville-based health care company with 13 Southern California hospitals has become the lender for Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center in Riverside. On Friday, Prime Healthcare Services, owned by Dr. Prem Reddy, bought Parkview's note. It had been held by Providence, R.I.-based Textron Inc.
